These products are printed to order from the file you approve. Once printed, they cannot be resold, so they are not returnable or refundable because you changed your mind, the colour is not what you hoped, or the print is softer than the screen.

Cancel before printing
You may cancel for a full refund of the amount you paid until we have started printing. Email us as soon as you can. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
If we made an error
Tell us within 7 days of delivery or pickup if we printed the wrong item, or if there is a print or packing defect that is our fault. Send photos of the product unless the parcel was lost. We reprint when we can. If we cannot reprint (for example we are out of that blank), we refund. If we owe you a reprint or replacement, we cover shipping.
Damage or loss in transit
Send photos of the damage and the packaging. Lost parcels do not need product photos. We reprint when we can, or refund if we cannot.
Files you chose to print
If you confirmed a low-resolution file may print blurry, that is not a defect. Mockup-to-print differences in colour, UV ink, wrap seams, and blank texture are also not defects. See the terms.
If we refuse a design
If we refuse a job before printing has started, we refund the amount you paid in full through Stripe. If we refuse or destroy a job after printing has started because the design appears to infringe someone else’s rights or to break the terms, there is no refund.
Wrong address
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we cannot refund or reship it. You may correct the address until we hand the parcel to the carrier.
Pickup
Pickups in Okotoks are scheduled. We email you when the order is ready and book a time. No walk-ins. Someone else may pick up if that is arranged when we schedule.
Ready pickups that are not collected within 30 days of our ready email may be destroyed (if they use personal images) or donated (if they do not). That is not a refundable return.
